The Center for Leadership and Organizational Strategies of the University of Bucharest is organizing the 2nd International Conference on “Leadership Perspectives at the University of Bucharest’s 150th Anniversary” between the 9th and 10th of May 2014, in Bucharest. The conference will bring together practitioners, researchers and specialists involved in various fields of activity (academic, business, cultural, political and social).
The organising committee has chosen General Leadership or Academic Leadership issues as main themes of the conference, the schedule including plenary lectures and workshops on subjects related to such topics. You are invited to submit papers in the above-mentioned areas, by April 20th , at the following online address: http://csolubconference.faa.ro/en/submitarticle.html

Only the selected papers will be published: the full papers, in the Manager Journal (indexed by Ebsco-Ceeas | Ceeol | Repec | Doaj | Index Copernicus | Proquest | Ulrich | Drji | Google Scholar) and the short papers, in CSOL-UB Conference online proceedings (indexed by Repec). Please, send your article both in full paper and short paper format. Note that short papers shall be different as for their title and content from full papers.
